We are experienced and skilled mediators, We mediate through our Mediation Centre SOLUTIONS. We mediate Commercial and Family disputes which always involve matters of great importance to those involved in the dispute and often involve millions of pounds. But whether there are significant sums involved or not we recognise that it is people who count and that there is no substitute for your physical health and personal wellbeing. Izaak Walton said: "Health is a blessing that money cannot buy". Settling disputes and not allowing them to sap your physical and emotional wellbeing is a most important key to quality of life. We are specialist trainers of mediators. We train family and commercial mediators through our training company LawWise Limited to standards that comply with the requirements of The UK College of Family Mediators, The Law Society, British Association of Lawyer Mediators and The Legal Aid Board. Our courses are designed to give the best of training and equip you to become good mediators. Our training is constantly developing to meet the challenges that Mediators and the Mediation profession have to meet.

We provide caring and skilled Supervision and Consultancy to mediators. We help them to develop as mediators and encourage their practices to flourish. We give them the benefit of our experience in mediation, training and in the setting of standards for the mediation profession through our involvement in the committees, bodies and groups that are setting standards for the mediation profession.

We are members of the significant Mediation Bodies the UK College of Family Mediators, the British Association of Lawyer Mediators. and the Centre For Dispute Resolution.

We have our own training suite at Guildford and most of our courses are run from there. This allows us to keep the course costs down to a manageable level for you. We will, however arrange courses locally to you provided we can train a course of not less than 6 nor more than 12 participants. Arranging suitable venues locally can save you on the overall cost.
